Finding and Conclusion: Due to the two-party system and the majority system, electoral justice has not been observed and due to the colorful role of parties and financial components, party assemblies deprive people of freedom of action in elections. The partisan and factional interests of members of the state legislatures can leave a tremendous impact on the political destiny of the entire United States people with electoral districts. of course, drawing the borders of electoral districts is considered part of the authority of each state and although in 32 of the 50 US states, this task is entrusted to the state legislatures, whose final approval is often subject to the approval of the state governor. but in the rest of the states, independent institutions have become responsible for this, although the output of their actions ultimately requires the approval of the state assembly, but it is considered a positive step to prevent zoning.
